Hello, so here's my situation...

I had an s13 shell and swapped a redtop sr20 into it and got it running. Didn't like the shell much (lots of dmg) so I bought a running 240 with a KA in it. This new 240 used to be auto and was converted to manual. I've finished swapping the SR into this new 240. Everything lights up and all my accessories are fully functioning. However, the starter will not crank. I took a multimeter to the starter and it is receiving full power, it's just not cranking.

I'm assuming my problem has to do with my front fuse harness being for an automatic one?

To sum it up. Car was auto and is now manual. Car is now being swapped with an SR. Everything works except the starter will not crank, but starter is getting full power according to my multimeter.

I am 100% sure the SR is in working order, I fired it up last week before pulling it out of the old 240.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

by the fuse block on the passenger side under the hood is a grey 2 pin plug, one wire will be thick black/yellow stripe the other i believe is black/white stripe, jump those two wires together and see if that fixes it.

also there is a grey/blue relay tucked up against the passenger fender by the battery. it has 2 grey plugs going to it. there is also a 2 pin grey plug with the same color wires. try jumping those 2 together if the first jump didn't work or you couldn't find that plug by the fuse box.

Thanks, someone else suggested that on another forum and it worked!
