hmm it looks like it, t04s comp housing, garret t3 turbine back.. but its best to be sure..
if you look on the center of the turbo (where the oil feed is) you should see a plate with a serial number on it.. best to call up garret (honeywell turbos .com) and give them the serial number. they can tell you the specs on the turbo..

Also check the chra.
Water and oil cooled makes it THAT much more believable that it's a genuine 35r.
Setting your oil lines up for a ball bearing setup on a journal turbo is going to cook it and vice versa.

I dunno about that....
Lot's of ebay turbos are coming out with both oil AND water cooling
