Are '94 240SX Convetibles leftover '93's?

Sorry for my grammar. I have found forums on other sites of arguments over this topic. I have a 1994 Nisssan 240SX SE Convertible. The '94 240 supposedly were produced in black. It is also argued that they were white. I just wanted to clear that up. Thank you.
