So Im getting a stellar deal on a new turbo for my SR car. Its coming off of a 2002 rb26dett. I was told I only need a different turbo intake thing to make it work on my car. Its the t28 so it should bolt in I assume? I have an aftermarket cooling line and oil feed and return lines. So I need a different clocking plate thing? Have a 3in turbo back exhaust and 550's and 255lph walboro. Im hoping for about 280-300whp. Im currently at 215whp @ 10psi on the stock t25. The car is just a weekend warrior so its not a huge deal if its down or w/e

well they quit selling the RB motors in 1999. It's too small for a SR

it should be fine. any thing is better than the stock T25.
the RB T28 should be able to meet your goal.

the s14 t28 is suppose to be a good upgrade for stock gtr turbos.. i guess its alittle better response.. not completely sure, i saw an article about an r34 getting the turbos swapped for twin s14 turbos. but didnt read it all..

the RB turbo is 1/2 the size of the SR T25. You will have extremly high EGT's if you run that.

rb26's use a t2 flange and are dual ball bearing. gt2860r.

Is that then smaller than a regular t28? So with this i'd get the power of the t28 with the quick spool of the t25?

its a t28 but smaller then a stock S-14, or S-15 T-28, an upgrade to the stock S-13 T-25 but not to a S-14 or a S-15 turbo.
don't know exact size
