well for starters, me and my friend both use bkr7es in ours... your using 5s??? the 7s work perfectly with 12psi in mine. i think your using the wrong heat range

sounds like a fuel pressure issue. sounds too low. when your car is cold the ecu will increase the fuel mixture until the engine is warmed up. maf is most likely not the issue. key point is that it runs fine when its cold and fails when its warm. i had the opposite problem once. too much fuel pressure made it run like ass when it was cold. ran fine once it warmed up. bogged down real bad, idle was horrible, almost couldnt drive it until it warmed up. backed off the fuel pressure and all was good. my problem was an infantile mistake that a normal 16 year old would make (put the fuel pressure gauge on the return side instead of the feed side) thankfully i caught the mistake right away. that was years ago..
what is your fuel system setup? walbro, nismo fpr, and no gauge? or straight walbro..
also another thing to check if you have a spare is the ecu coolant temp sensor, its the bigger of the two that does not go to the gauge cluster.

im having the same issue with my sr20. When its cool it pulls hard and when it gets hotter it starts to hesitate, i can hear a whooshing sound but it barely moves anywhere. Could that be fuel pressure as well?
