I've only seen them for s13's however you could go to a stereo shop, get some abs plastic, and make a custom one. Or if you wanna be baller get a sheet of carbon fiber and make it from that.

or keep the vents, relocate the climate control and make a panel . I took a piece of plexi and cut 3 circles and shoved gauges in there. I do not have a 3rd gauge yet so I put a autometer sticker in place.

I could be wrong, but I believe there was a vendor having a blank delete plate or w/ an extra charge they will drill holes for you. I'll try to find it.
I made my own with abs plastic, but mine is in place of the AC controller. I like my AC!
Here's the setup our body shop made for me:

1. any custom stereo shop can make a fiberglass pods for you.
2. I would just got HKS Camp2 about the same cost and cleaner.
3. some of these thin gauges can be flush mount on visors for stealth look.

I made mine out of an old pontiac bumper. Cut it out, plastic welded, mixed some paint to match.

So I assume you guys are not running A/C?
My ride is a daily driver and there's no way I could go without A/C with our heat and hummidity.

There is enough give in the harness to move it into the other din slot below the radio.

I was thinking about the acutally vents them self, since some are removing the bents in lue of the gauges.
I wouldn't mind moving my A/C controls under my deck, but how are you mounting the controls to the dash install kit. My mounting kit looks like you would have to screw into the sides of the A/C control housing.
I do like this setup, but I would only need space for 2 gauges.

Not to bring up an old thread, but for anyone finding this thread through a search for S14 gauge panels, I finally got a customer to have me do an S14 panel. So now I have an example I can show. I can make anything custom of course, so it doesn't have to be anything like this for that matter. Everything I do is one-off, so it can be fabricated to your specifications.

Hmmmm, I didn't even notice that when I (finally) installed my new deck. Might have to look into this when I ge a sub and amp and have to take the parts off again :)

Well, that's the Defi hood that is made specifically to mount where the clock assembly mounts on the WRX's and STi's. So it looks good because it recesses down in the dash board. Anything you add to an S13/14 dash is gonna have to sit on top of the dash. So even if I fabricated something to perfection, it's still going to be a pod just sitting on top of the dashboard.
My old STi for better reference:

Yeah one of my buddies has one, everytime I drive his car it just seems like the gauges are in the perfect spot.
I was thinking aobut picking up the universal pod from glow shift and riveting then molding it to the dash, (my dash is cracked to all hell) BUT I don't know how I'm going to get the OEM Texture that the dash had after I fill everything and smooth it out.
do you have any Ideas for that Toby?
Here's the pod from glow shift;

You would simply use the texture coating that I use. It's not going to look like vinyl, but it will look like the S14 panel I posted a few posts back. You would obviously need to texture the entire dash board then paint the entire dashboard. I would maybe just recommend molding the thing in then just flocking the dashboard.

I aalways wanted to do a fiberglass dash with a dash thast more like a supra, 350z. Sti, or rx7 feel to it. I t makes the dash more accessable to you. like it faces you. don't really know how to describe it. It makes you more like in the captains chair feel. Don't really know what i'm trying to say here. But look at these ppics to show you what i'm saying.

as opposed to having the guages in the glove box, or in the center vents not angled towards you etc etc etc :)

Yeah I know what you are saying man.... either myself or good friends have owned all of those cars you have listed there. I guess I never saw the big draw with angled gauges. I have had it both ways numerous times and never really saw the disadvantage of not having them angled. Now glove box, yeah, that's a stupid place for gauges.

I just need to learn how to use fiberglass... I already scored an extra dash. But I always had that design in mind. One day, I'll do it. I just need to learn how to use fiberglass.
and thanks for getting what I meant. Lol. I really don't know What words to use to describe it.

Oh I'm not in retirement... I'm just not doing the stuff in my spare time. Which means it would have to be done during my normal business/shop hours. That in turn means that prices will double from what they were. Which means that piece on the first page would be about $700 to replicate. I say replicate because most people are only going to want gauges in there... which would significantly decrease the price. Even then price will vary depending on if you want the gauges angled, flushed, surfaced etc.

Personally I love your work!!!(no homo) I would put the gauges in my self. I just need the trim piece made. The only difference in what I want and that is gauges where the vents are and my wideband which is the innovate wideband with the auto timer built in and my power fc commander screen. I'm splitting the screen and the buttons to give more of a custom fit look.
