It will not come with the rails thats why price is obo. There is no damage on the frame of the seat but there is one chip where the harness goes thru. Other than that its in mint condition . No Shipping. I will meet up half way or deliver for a small fee depending on where you are. I will drive into Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New york, Delaware and Maryland.
