93 Hatch for sale (NO RUST)

I am looking to sell my 93 Hatch.
The car is currently at 117k miles and on the original twin cam motor.
The car has ZERO rust or rot that I have found. The paint is still pretty nice and shiny for its age.
There is a dent on the driver side rear from a parking lot fender bender. I have banged it out a bit and doesnt look too bad. The front and rear bumper covers have some clear coat fade.

The car has a current PA inspection and emissions until 10/10.
Also has all fluids flushed and replaced with Mobil1 within the last 1k miles or so and full tune up

Has a brand new OEM style clutch and battery within the last 1K miles and a new Alternator within the last 50 miles
Mods: Hotshot header, full 2.5" exhaust with Magnaflow muffler, AEM intake, Alarm system, Aftermarket CD player, KYB GRB shocks

I will throw in a Set of SE wheels with decent tires on them. Currently it is sitting on steelies with stock hubcaps and New Bridgestone Blizzaks on them.
I will also include a set of KYB GRB's and Eibach springs for it that were never installed and any other random stuff I have with it. (numerous parts and manuals)

Please do not be deterred by my lack of posts on here. You can check up on me on Supraforums and Honda-Tech.com at the very least. I have TONS of feedback on there and prob 20k posts combined on those two sites.
I am looking for $2600 on this car. If you need more detailed pics, please let me know and I will supply them. I just pulled the few i have on Craigslist for this post.

I would only be considering trades I could flip and make money on.
Unfortunately yours is not it.
To be honest I would want money from you to even consider that trade considering the condition of your vehicle.

Also forgot to add that i did do all new butyl surrounds on the tails so they do not leak at all into the trunk.

Lets put it this way , I am more interested in cash.

Only way I will consider a trade is if it is an interesting hi demand car that maybe might need a few bucks or some mechanical work to flip for a significant profit over what I am asking for the 240
For me to consider a stock bodied Civic with a swap id likely want $1k or so plus that trade

i just didnt want to say every thing it has: the suspension has kyb gr2 struts skunk 2 springs and rear lower control arms and a rear disk brake conversion, a 40/40 prop valve bigger brake master cyl and brake booster theres a few things wrong with it but im in no hurry to get rid of it though
