one million. j/k
it all depends on how much torque and grip you have.
I am guessing axles would go out before the drive shaft or rear end.

The differential can handle a lot. I wouldn't worry about it at all. The drive shaft is usually good around the 300-400 range. The carrier bearing is the weak link. It is always recommended to switch to a one piece drive shaft when it does eventually go or at your earliest convenience in your build. I snagged mine during one of the deals a sponsor was running on this site.

Rear end and stock shaft is fairly strong. R200 rear end can and will handle almost everything you throw at it. I had a buddy out here with a stock RWD R32 rear end start breaking shit at around 600-650whp. Issue he had was the axle. He started breaking the spline/shaft into the hub. Basically, he was twisting that area like a pretzel and snapping off.
Driveshaft, I have yet to see anybody brake an S-chassis driveshaft. The way I see it, fuck worrying about the rear end and the drive shaft. Worry about the tranny before anything else. If you will break anything, that would be the first thing you'd break.

axles seem to pop around 400+ torque depending on how it is driven. Hard launches all the time on slicks... might end them quick. Daily driving, with launches on slicks they will probably last forever.

My diff broke twice 5500 launch+Drag Radials=Fail
had a bad whine noise and sounded like broken piece's of metal were jumping around.
second time the drain bolt came out, i dont know how but it was probly my fault and i was going about 70mph cruiseing and it binded up on me, talk about embarasing, the rear end locked up good thing it was at like 2am and no one was on the road.

If you make 400hp and drive it like you're trying to destroy it, consider going Z32 or RB25 tranny.
