so I'm looking for the correct offsets of Blitz Z2 for my '98 S14. I went to this (http://www.hookupshop.com/rims/blitz/Blitz%20rims.htm) site and for the 18" Z2 they have the following offsets:

18 X 8 5X114.3 (+32, +41H, +45, )
18 X 9 5X114.3 (22H, +32, +38, +41H, +45 )

i'm guessing 18X9 all around with +22mm offset and 235f / 245r tires will probably fit my S14 with big brakes and coilovers. (seeing Nitekid's car has 17X9 +15 all around fits nicely) True?

And what does the letter "H" means beside the offset numbers? (ie +41H in above)?

Thanks

17x9 plus 15 offset isnt' something where if you don't know what you are doing that I would jump into. Not saying I'm an expert but this setup is not for everybody. Also running a 9inch up front honestly isn't too practical at all. Most people don't do this either. Of course you can do what you want but I am wanrning you what you are getting yourself into. Streched tire, camber, roll fenders, clearing coilovers, brakes etc. lots of put in consideration.

NiteKids what tires and cambers are you running? do you have coils or shocks+springs?

ok what about:

18X8 +32 with 225 Front with 3mm spacers
and
18X9 +32 with 245 Rear

with -2 Cambers all around?

would that be good for coils and big brakes?

Also can somebody answer the "H" question for me?

Thanks

Homie... to clear brakes it all depends on the spoke design! why dont you look for offsets lower than +30? come on... you know you want to!:coolugh:

To answer the original question, many 3pc. wheels will come in different spoke/face designs. One design will curve the spokes back for a deeper dish look; the other design will curve the spokes forward for brake clearance (Z32 or aftermarket calipers). I'm not wure which design the 'H' refers to.

If you look on takakaira.com the volks come in different faces (like AKA was saying. High Med and Low dish types. That maybe it but I don't know specificly

Correct.

Typically it stand for a High Disc, IIRC. I got this on my Work Meister S2R's when I had Brembo 13.1" Brakes up front.

no more then -2.5 probably closer to -2
run a 225 or 235 tire max
90% sure it should be a 225

r33 gtr wheels are 17x9 +30 (r34 are 18x9 +30)
so your getting +2 mm of extra clearance

if it still rubs (probably wont) then just add a 3 or so mm spacer
you'll be fine

but dont take my word on it! im 90% sure on this. i personally would go w/ the 18x9 +32 ...actually i would get the +22 but that's me...heh..

also get your fenders rolled for more clearance.

sileightymania has 17x9 +22 and a tad shy of -3 degrees w/ HKS hypermax coilovesr..fits and looks great

dorifto 180sx had r33 gtr 17x9 +30 wheels FLTa2s on 215/45 and w/ a 5mm spacer to clear the shock.

all coilovers (brands) differ. if anything youll need a SMALL spacer, but if your S14 you might need nothing..
