Vegas on May 20-24. What's to do?

Generally a quick question I guess.
I'll be venturing out to Vegas from May 20th to the 24th with the fam.

As much as I like spending time with them I feel as if I'd love to grasp how the drifters of Nevada really do it.

Coming from the Ontario drift scene where we're ALL pretty tight I'm so use to running with the crews down here. I'd love to come out to an event and spectate some shiz going down in Vegas, yet I can't seem to see anything happening in those upcoming months just yet as it's still very early.

What's there to do in Vegas, within that short period of time, that would generally catch and entertain my interest? I party all the time so I'm no stranger to that, and in all honesty...I'd rather not gamble away ALL my money LMAO.

Anyone going to be in the area? Show a Canadian how Vegas is done! lol

we have drift events once a month, sometimes two. actaully we have an event on the 29th. they are held at Las Vegas Motor Speedway check out vegasdrift.com

i recommend eating at the buffets. i ate at the rio and it's pretty damn good there (must go for the dinner).

fat tuesdays always a must.

i would recommend going to club XS in the wynn.

collect fliers if you're planning to walk the strip.

other than that gamble lol

I've NEVER been to Vegas so I'm super stoked for it. Originally I was supposed to be heading to North Carolina the exact same weekend, for Zdays again with my sponsor AMS, however my dad had some special plans for the family this year. Pretty thoughtful I figured, especially seeing as how we don't really travel all together. I'd love for them to even get a taste of how the stateside guys do what we do here. So far they've been pretty supportive in everything I do and "like" drifting haha.

Mmmm, buffets.
I'll check the Rio. Your not the first person I've heard that from so I guess it keeps it's rep.

In all honesty, I'd rather not gamble...my luck is HORRIBLE and despite that I'm good at poker, my unlucky side usually takes over.
