What is a Lateral Link???

Ok, so my rear left "lateral link" broke. I have been trying to find a replacement part but unfortunately no one calls it that..other than Chilton and Nissans official tech manual. Can anyone shed some light as to what it is called? Its the link in the rear furthest to the rear. It connects to a piece of metal that the coilover connects to as well. It keeps the rear wheel alligned so it is parallel to the wheel well. Any help would be appreciated along with recommended companies for aftermarket replacements. Thanks Again.
