I paid him early december to pickup a dash locally...he was never available for pickup and now wont respond to texts. Have submitted paypal claim. Others have not received items either per his FS thread:

ya well I submitted a paypal claim and paypal told me this kind of transction was not a disputable transaction. Go figure? I am guessing its because it was listed as a deposit.

Paypal got me all my cash back for the dash...I was surprised I expected to get something like the usual $3 refund.
