1998 lug nut torque specs?

I have stock wheels, what should the lug nut torque be?

I am usually changing wheels weekly and I always torque them to around 100lbs-ft.

30, 60, 90. In that order.

(Torque all 30, then 60, then 90)

Never exceed 100.
