coilover help..

so uhm recently pickd up a 95 s14.. and got some stance gr + pro coilovers.. hookd em up.. changed my ride height.. but now its bouncy like no other.. friend said he knew what he was doin but eh.. on the front coils is the spring supposed to move freely up and down or what? ideas to help reduce bounce? sorry if i sound dumb.. ha

no is not. tighten the coils up to preload them that will make the ride stiffer

Make sure the top hat is tightened,mine were loose and the ride was really bouncy.
