Cons:
The front bumper, front left fender, left door, and left rocker panel has body damage as seen from the pictures. The rest of the car may have some minor surface scratches as typical of a 20 year old car. The paint is also starting to oxidize in some places and the clear coat is starting to peel. I'm starting to see the basecoat in some areas.
There is no body damage anywhere else.
The SOHC head is pretty much done. The timing chain guide broke. The bottom end looks salvageable. I have all the removed engine parts and will give them to the buyer.
The antenna rod is broken.
Pros:
* All original 1990 Nissan 240SX SE fastback with automatic and A/C
* No sunroof, no power anything, no cruise, no ABS, no factory option other than A/C
* Rear R200 diff has finned cover
* 138k miles on the body all original
* Zero frame rust.
* Interior is 100% intact. All original with no stripping/painting/mods/etc. Even the original Nissan stereo is there. No cracked dash. Comes with the original owner's manual.
* Megan Racing Street coilovers in very good shape with no leaks. Used for about 2 seasons.
* New OEM radiator
* New OEM brakes all around
* Newish Sumitomo 205/60-R15 tyres (larger optional factory sizing) with about 80% tread
* the battery was replaced last year and has been on a Battery Tender
Unlike a lot of 240s sold, I will go through and label EVERY single wire harness and EVERY single wire on the body harness for you. You tell me what engine you want to swap in and I'll tell you which wires need to go where.
There are some variations between single cam autos and other 240 bodies. I worked for about 5 years designing car electronics so the work I did on the wiring will help you do just about any swap. This service alone is worth a couple of hundred bucks, maybe more based on the level of the technician.
According to my sources, this is one of less than 25 ever built? I have only seen pictures of one other seafoam green fastback. I have never seen another one in person before.
I have the clean VA title in hand. Come talk to me and we'll work it out. Anything you need to fix the car I can either do, or tell you what you need to do. The car is located near George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.

I bought the auto because auto cars have been abused less than manual cars. The previous owner was an old lady. The car sat in my roommate's garage for a while before I picked it up.
I also have some knick-knack parts I can give you, like KA oil filters, spare ashtray, random S13 parts, etc.
The driveshaft has been disconnected at the diff (will give you the bolts) so the car is ready to be towed. I can arrange towing for you at a nominal fee.
If interested I can also give you a cherry picker/engine hoist. I can also sell you a Chevy v8 small block mockup plastic engine block, as well as give you molds of V8 engine mounts and everything you need to make power steering, brakes, electronics, even A/C to work if you want to go that route.
Basically you can duplicate my entire setup for much less work than if you tried to do it on your own.
Lots of things I can do to help you out. Email me, come by, and we can talk.
Anything you need I can help you with and roll it into the cost of the car. I'll let you rummage through my pile of parts and pick out what you like.
If you made it this far then pricing is negotiable. I've invested about $3,000 into this car to make it a daily for a family member, but the engine blew. I would like to keep it as a backup for my V8 car but would like to sell it to a good home.
I'd like $2,000, but talk to me and I'll work out something with you.
