Godspeed Coilovers Info

Hey guys and gals. I just perchased some godspeed coils (the blue ones) and I would like to know what are the specs if any. Like torque specs, and what way do I turn the adjuster knob for stiffness and softness. Thanks. :o please pm me.

I had those and they started sagging in like 3 months. I think they are called the hyper RS, they only let you lower the car 3 inches.
