s14 5-speed

i have an obdII s14 thats an auto...i want 5-speed of course. i have a 1990 s13 5-speed that im parting out and was wondering which parts were interchangeable between the 2. i know the tranny wont work without having CEL and i heard that the s13 clutch pedal needs a bunch of washers to fit right or something and im not sure of the clutch and slave lines, brake pedal, tranny cross-member, etc...so much info out there on this but i never seem to find for sure answers about this.
