please help sr not running

so somebody used my battery to start a car but when they put it back the crossed the wires replaced my fuses coils igniter chip test mostly everything i can think of even tried other ecu any advice or ideas will be helpfull

yes but doesnt spark

spark is controlled by:
-ECU
-coilpack
-Cam angle sensor
-Igniter

test each one.
