im wanting to flush my cooling system so i get under the car and the valve ( driver side of the radiator ) is stripped... im just making sure thats what I need to unscrew, and how the heck am i suppose to unscrew it now?..

Are you talking about the radiator drain plug? I will assume you are for this post. It's a piece of plastic, if you can't get a grip on it, cut a grip into it and buy yourself a new one.

how much is a new one, and do i have to buy a new one right away?... whats the proper name for that pc?

A metal plug in a plastic housing is bad news. Metals and plastics expand and contract at different rates with the ambient temperature, it will be prone to leak. I'd imagine you could get the plug fairly cheap from the dealership or local parts depot.
And if we are thinking the same part, the plug you unscrew to drain your coolant from the radiator, it is the radiator drain plug.
