I think the wheels are stupid.
Nobody makes a bumper like that for the 240.
You would have to custom do it.

A. You will probably have to make that kit.
B. Those wheels will look disgustion with a kit.

the FC headlight pivots when its lowered down. the s13 doesnt pivot like that....
so:
FC points forward when lowered
s13 points down when lowered

If you have money, customize if you can't find the one you want. Why buy rims if you're not going to go bigger? But in the end, if you like it, do what you like. It's your car.

Those rims rims are probably 18 and 19's since that is a FC
or 17 and 18 at the least.
15x8's need to have fender flares to take up the gap.
I ran em for years, i know.

I think you're taking the 'my car is unique' thing too far.
nice stance, nice interior, fun to drive...and boom.
Cool idea, but I doubt you will have any luck with convincing someone to make a kit like that. 15s + kit = destroyed kit. Unless you have massive wheel gap.

Buy the bumper closest to what you want. Cut/mold as you see fit. Fiberglass is pretty easy to mess with, not like it'll just bolt right up anyway without work. Even the best of Japan aero doesn't fit perfect, a cheap knockoff will require a lot of manipulation to look right, what's a few more hours?
