Ka24de has fuel but no spark!!!

ok so i just put my ka back in my car. its a 95 s14.. i have fuel but no spark. all the grounds are good fuses good.timing dead on dizzy is perfect.
any ideas. ALSO I HAVE READ THROUGH ABOUT 50 POST AND NO INFO TO HELP ME...

did you have another engine in it be for like a SR or a RB??? you may want to check your wiring
