These Kouki tails are converted to use LED bulbs, three out of the 4 bulbs have loose metal thingys, so you can buy new ones for $1.99 ea on ebay, mess with these bulbs, or use factory bulbs. No lock, no key, lower garnish can be tacked on for 50$ plus whatever it adds on in shipping.
