Really if you want to buy a set of Battles and want for someone to ship to you, you're better off just buying new ones.

They're already like $600 shipped it's not gonna get much cheaper than that.

order them from your nearest discount tire store and they'll have it shipped from a warehouse and you can pick em up in a few days-that's what i did and with a $100 rebate a set cost me $597...that's with the set of lug nuts.
