I plan on buying a service manual from a 240sx owner in Canada, is there any major differences between U.S. and Canadian-spec 240's that would make the manual not worth the purchase?
Thanks

oh no they di-int!
differences... S13 manual front seat belts. km/h speedo. DOHC S13s had those add-on DRLs in the bumper.
If you're buying the manual from eBay you're most likely getting a US manual anyway. My 240SX service manual was shipped to me from Quebec and it's a US manual with the information on the auto seat belt system.
