S14 chassis harness plug

In order to get to the chassis harness plug for the harness with the fusebox do you need to remove the dash?

i'm not sure which plug your talking about. can you be more specific, i think i may have answer for you if you're talking about the same thing i'm thinking of.

the harness that runs from the fuse box across the front, up in the fender, then somewhere in your dash.
