My syncros in 1st and 2nd are shot, I have no downtime for a rebuild, so im looking in replacing the tranny instead. Anybody got one as a spare?

That sounds great actually! So the tranny is in good working order, no grinding or anything of that sort? Im positive we can work something out here if so.
