well it started over heating about 1week ago. Checked the radiator for water did not have any filled it up with water while the car was running and it was gone 2days later. Filled it up again and noticed that the water is bubbling just a little does that mean i have a blown head gasket?? causing it to over heat or can it be something smaller like the thermostat. I also checked to see if i was leaking any water from anywere and checked the hoses for leaks appears to be fine. what can it be??? Appreciate any help:sadwavey:

A little bubbling just means trapped air is being released. If you fill it up all the way and bleed it properly and it still bubbles, then yes your headgasket may be allowing pressure from the cylinders into the coolant system. If that much fluid is gone in 2 days, it should be very noticable. A lot of white smoke out of the exhaust, puddles on the ground, etc something should be very noticable.

1.As for the water yes its gone quickly
2.white smoke from the exhaust yes but not all the time mostly when its cold about it.
3.puddles yes but its from the p/s high compression hose has a leak
how do u bleed the bubbles out never done that???Going to try that first and also should i buy the diy combustion leak detector seen it online to check for blown head gaskets.
