Your using a PCV valve with a turbo?
Check your gaskets, compression then yank out the valve.
There is no way the nissan PCV valve can ever keep up with a boosted setup. Venting is usually the only solution here

Well.. correct me if I am wrong, but there is a "Blow-by Control Valve" On the s14 Sr20det. Is this the same as a PCV valve? I have no idea. I would think it should stay on the engine
There is a Blow-by hose that comes off the valve cover to block I think? If the Blow-by control valve was clogged, would blow-by from the blow-by hose cause oil to come out of the Turbo Air outlet into the intercooler?
You can see the blow-by hose on diagram 2.. it is number 1

OK I think I just found the answer to my own question. If the PCV or BCV is clogged then blow-by is impossible by the sounds of it. If oil is coming out of my turbo air outlet into my intercooler, I think its because of Blown turbo seals.. :(
