I just can't figure it out. I have everything hooked up from what I can see and I go to turn on the car and the starter cranks but it don't fire over. There is no fuel being pumped because there is no signal to the pump. And there is no spark in the engine. I'm not getting enough current or something because my ECU light comes on when I plug it in.

Ladies and gentleman we have another one.
Well obviously it's not going to fire if there's no fuel.
As for not having enough current to the spark plugs, the ECU light has nothing to do with it. The ECU light indicates malfunctioning sensors..
Did you do the harness yourself? I'm not too clear for S13s but for S14s the pump goes to a connector that you have to modify the harness for. I believe your problem lies in the harness..

Most times when people come on the board saying "it won't fire" its the fuel lines or fuses. Check to make sure the your fuel lines aren't switched (supply and return) Then check your fuses and harness.
Good luck

I take the fuel line off and there is no fuel coming out. I said I checked for the signal at the pump and there is none.
