CX racing intercooler

i ended up buying a cx racing intercooler....i want to mount a BOV to the hotpipe, do i need to take it to a shop to have a flange installed/welded to mount the BOV to? what are my options.

take it to someone and have them tig weld a flange for your BOV on...
