my uncle said he would keep a 50 dollar bill folded up with his license, and hand it over to the officer " unknowingly" then refuse to take it back... he said it worked everytime. but these days officers are never alone, it would complicate things if 2 officers where there.

I would not want cops here taking bribes, I came from a country where if you get pulled over bribery is the first step.
It will be first a stop light signal violation for 50.00, then it it will be car impound for 300.00 then license suspension for 800.00 and so on....

GREED will take over and we would lose control of the situation and spread all over the branches of the goverment. Next thing you know, you will be paying 50,000.00 for a building permit that costs 150.00 to get and process.

im pretty sure theres many cops out there that do this kind of shit.... Here in cali at one point were randomly pulling girls over and sexually abusing them.
