Ukrainian translation:

She says in contempt "So arrest me!". The cop tells her she shouldn't say so. Then she says again "Arrest me!". Then the cop tells her to give him her driver license and title. She says "I won't give it to you". He then repeats his request again. And then she starts screaming. At the end the man accuses the cop of making the woman go crazy like this. He throws a ukrainian equivalent of f-word at them.

Don't really understand what's the big deal. The last time I've been there an average ticket costed like 10-20 bucks there, and you could have unlimited number of them, you wouldn't lose your license if you got too many of them. That's why most people drive 100 mph there, because it's cheaper to pay $20 than drive extra 3-4 hours at speed limit to get where you want get.
