s13 rack and pinion in s14 help

so im thinking a s13 rack core will work in a s14 just need to change the tie rods is this true will it work any incite will help thanks

tie rods are same
just change the rubber doo-dads that hold the rack in place
everything else is same
i use a s14 rack in my s13.
