Okay, so I was goofing around in my design class today, and I was making these goofy japanese stickers like "SUPREME FUN: Most Extreme Drift Challenge Club" w/the script types. And I did one like the DGTA (not ofiliated *sp??) "Slide or Die" sticker. It kinda stuck w/me that saying, kinda like when I was young and was all "Sk8 or Die!" so I put "Exciting Drift Culture" under it like a team logo. So when I was home today, I decided to make a silk screen out of it. I put it on transperancy and burned it into the emulsion onto my silk screen. So needless to say I tested it out and it looked pretty floss. I was wondering if anyone would want one of these. If every thing is a go, I'll offer them in white, grey, and black in L and XL. I attached the actual image that's on the shirt. I'm gonna let the shirt dry and possibly scan it, or maybe get a friend to take a digital shot. Anyways, post up if you're interested.
PS* Give me suggestions for other shirts that I could mass produce. I will do a few different logos and all. But no personal stuff really.

IIRC someone on the board made a drifting shirt. It had a red koop i believe  . It was pretty nice, I don't know if he ever actually sold any, or if he just made it for himself. IMO your design is too plain, pictures are worth a thousand word. Plus the fact that I don't drift, so I would be either a) a hypocrit, or b) dead.
If you really are considering making shirts, I would suggest just making something with a cool car pic, digital drawings usually work best. Maybe if you put that on the front and put a car drifting on the back that would be nice, but how many of us really drift  .

do you people realize that after the F&F 2 comes out, you with this tshirt on will be considered no more than an average ricer and noone would give a fuck that you owned a 240 way before the movie?

Yeah I'am comming up w/a picture image. So people aren't like "WTF?" when they read it. At least they could be able to put 2 and 2 together. I'd probably seel them for $10.
I dunno about the F&F2 movie. I'm not going to see it, and I doubt there's gonna be any drifting in it, or any 240 steeze or anything that's plain and simple. So I don't see any average ricer in it (the shirt that is!). But I do get your point, me making a "cool yeah fun trend" shirt right before the next big explosin of every kid wanting to have NOS on a car.
I really have been seeing an increase in people around my way noticing drifting. Like this one kid in my welding class was like "ohh please, you saw that drifting thing on TV w/those 2 brothers" (cause I asked him if his older bro drifts cause he's got the nicest FC I've really ever seen). So I just camly told him no, and that I have been doing it for over a year and a half now, and it's nothing new to me.
Anyways...

well there is decent amount of drifting in the movie (what i saw from the previous). And you got a magazine coming out that has an article titled "Is it possible to drift your civic?".... I'll stay by my words.
But by all means do it if you think you can make profit out of it. I bet a bunch of honda boys would buy them in the near future ;)

and yes you CAN drift your ff, ive seen many videos, mostly from japan.
Hahaha... I'm sorry man, but that's just ghey. :p I would SO not wear that... it's so... I don't know. hard-core wannabe. You're not going to die if you don't slide, quite the opposite... slide too much and not on a track/closedcourse and you'll die. How about "Slide (in the streets) and Die." I like that more.

I really don't have anything to say about the shirt, but I do think it's funny that some of you are so afraid to be associated with the F&F crowd and all that shit. Why does it matter what the hell other people think of you? I say if you like the shirt, then wear the damn shirt.

oh ok, so if i go out tonight, "drift " around a few corners will that be okay than?
i see no differance than some drifter with a ka wearing a shirt of a silvia drifting

I think that would look really good on a sleeve (in the direction like going from pecs to back, not shoulder to hand) and then with a drifting hatch on the back, and something simple on the front, dont know what exactly.
thats my little bit of input. I would buy one if every penny of mine wasnt going into my car fund.

Hmm, so lemme ask you, why would you wear a tshirt that says something over one that is just a blank t-shirt?
Whatever your answer would be, the correct answer is for the people to see what you want to be associated with. So what i was saying is after 2f2f comes out, people won't be associating you with the japan drifting as you percieve yourself, but rather as a ricer who just saw the movie and decided to jump the bandwagon. Again, nothing wrong with wearing tshirt, but people will be viewing you not the way you want them to. And since they are the reason you are wearing it, it kinda loses purpose.

well, lets just say, kreator, that 2f2f was full of 97 240's. would you be so upset that people thought you were imitating the movie, and not into the depth of 240-ism, as most of us are are.
that you would sell youre car?
weve been here before the trend we will be here after, dont be so insecure of what other people think of you

You know, Like "Swass" (-sirmixalot)! LOL. Sorry to get OT...I just couldn't resist. Eh blah..most of you won't get that anyways. As for the shirts, I'd like to see the final product before I decide on getting one. As for the whole FntF scene...fuq em. If they think that I'm wearing the shirt cuz I rice like them, that's fine. They'll just see what's up when they're ricing behind me while I take a corner sideways.

I personally don't give a crap about what people think about what car i drive. I drive it for myself. But then i wear blank t-shirts with nothing on them. I don't try to show anything to the public.
And i'm not going to wear this drifting tshirt cuz a) i see no point b) i'm not spending money on it. Whatever i said was only to show you guys that you going to be considered part of the ricer group when the movie comes out and not the drifting group. I could care less though :o
