Throwout Bearing(new) with Sleeve and Spring-KA or SR

Condition: Bearing is new, sleeve and spring came with transmission

Long story short, I had misplaced these when I first put the motor in the car a few years back. I ended up going out and getting another new TOB and a new sleeve because of it. The other day I was cleaning out some old SR boxes and found it in there. I guess I put it in there with the stock trans mount and stuff, and simply forgot about it. Bearing is a new Nissan KOYO bearing, from the dealer. Sleeve came on trans.
