SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD

Up for sale is an Kouki Leather Steering wheel, this is OEM wheel used on both the Kouki 180SX and the Kouki S14 in Japan.

it has some heavy wear on the upper right. it'd be a good match for a "battle hardened" drift car as it is. I was going to have the wheel reupholstered in Alcantara by a local shop but I ended up buying an OEM Momo wheel that I liked better.

there is no interest because of the damage....the kind of people who buy steering wheels like this...such as myself are looking for ones in good condition because we like stock OEM looks. Having to pay $110 then an unknown amount to have it re done isnt very appealing......and any "battle hardened" drift car wouldnt use a wheel like this.

Sorry man but i do wish you luck with the sale.

thanks... FWIW I was quoted $80 by a local upholstry shop to redo the wheel, which is why I priced it as I did... the last two leather wheels this style I saw on ebay went for $200 in good condition, so I figured $110 is a fair staring point price for something that needs to be recovered. if It doesn't sell like this I might just get it fixed and re-sell it in perfect shape for more.

I've never seen a maxima with this wheel... it came directly off of a kouki 180sx front clip.
all you need to do is look at the sales brochure to see that this was the wheel on the car from the factory:

99 maximas have this design.

not exactly
http://dan.hersam.com/maxima/maxima_interior2.jpg
the bottom opening on the maxima is squared off, the center section is slightly smaller than the kouki wheel, the maxima wheel is flat faced with a concave area that the Nissan logo sits in, while the kouki logo has a raised circular section to display the logo. the kouki wheel also doesn't have dimples on the lower spokes while the maxima wheel does.

if by "this design" you mean black with 4 spokes and a Nissan logo, then yes

some work needs to be done, nothing serious though.
