I just did all the searching possible but could not find an answer.
I know that it says that there are 3 wires in the S14 KA24de MAF ( black , white , black/white )
I wish mine was that simple . But I have .....
black
black/white
blue/white
big grey one with black & black/white inside
I attached a picture below .
Can anyone tell me which wire connects to what on the Z32 maf ?

The Blue/White and Black pair is for the Intake Air Temperature Sensor. The sensor goes into your air cleaner housing.
Blue/White goes to ECU pin 28 and Black goes to ECU communal pin 50 for ground.
Black/White is switched power
White is sensor signal
Black is sensor ground
Open an FSM next time and search through it.

I appreciate your reply. but if the blue/wire and black pair is for intake air temp, that only leaves with 2 wires for the maf . black/white & black . There is no white wire .

It's one of the wires in the shielding. Probe each wire and pin 47 on the ECU for continuity. Whichever one goes to pin 47 is the "White" wire.

Thanks again . I went back to take a closer look at the wires and the two wires in the gray shielding is actually one BLACK wire and one WHITE wire. The black tape residue made it look black .

So now knowing that ..... is this the correct way .

Don't to it by the wire colours because not all the Z32 MAF pigtails you buy are the same.
Match up wires by the pin location: http://jimwolftechnology.com/wolfpdf/MAF%20Z32%20CONVERT%20TO%20OTHER%20NISSANS.PDF
There are 2 nubs at the top and 3 nubs at the bottom. Don't get your orientation mixed up.
The link shows the wire orientation when viewed from the wire side of the plug with the 2 nubs facing up and 3 nubs facing down.
The B pin is signal, the 2 middle are ground, and the E pin is power.
