today i was driving and i noticed that both of my brake lights were on, the e brake dash light, and the one that activates when i hit my brakes, but they are both on when i start the car, and neither of them go off? weird problem any help on this? and i noticed today when i press the accerlerator a little bit, the two brake lights on the dash go slightyly dim, and makes a little sound. This is on my z32

might be time for brake change... that or your low on brake fluid.

could be ur e-brake sensor. is you e-brake handle have alot of slack on it?..

Your normal brake lights are probably staying on because there's this little rubber grommet on your brake pedal that fell out. This rubber grommet presses on a button so when your brake lever is depressed, it lets off the button and your brake lights go on. Replace it or just tape a penny in there and that'll solve that problem.

No idea about your e-brake problem, though.

add fluid into brake reservoir. if problem persists, check the plug and wires where the ebrake plugs in.
