WTB Rota D2 wheels 17" 4x114.3

Looking for some inexpensive wheels, preferably with tires but it doesn't matter.
I am really open to anything, not a big fan of konigs though. Thinking maybe some rota d2's, enkei mesh, like I said, anything.

With tires my max price is $500

W/O I dunno, like $350
