It is in good condition, some scratches.

I don't know who it is made by.
I don't know how much a stock pulley weighs but this one is a little over 1.5lbs

What about it makes it not fit? Just curious cause I thought the blocks were the same from single to dual cam.

I was told it won't fit.
Maybe it will.
Seems all the ones I found looking around online say 91-98.
