I just wanna know what parts do I need to do a 5 speed conversion on my SC300. And what kinda tranny is better between r58 or r154

You mean w58, not r58. To answer your question, r154 is better out of the two.

What do you need? The same stuff you need for every other 5 speed swap. Search and go from there.

why not just get a 5spd sc300?? They're around. Saves 90% of the trouble. If you have to ask which transmission is better? You can't afford the r154.
