Keep you head up man. If after 3.5 years she's willing to treat you this way, it was a blessing in disguise. It's hard when younger ppl are in long-term relationships. Sometimes they feel they want to "date" just to be able to know what else is out there. Try ignoring her for a few weeks, no contact what so ever. I'm sure that'll drive her nuts. It sounds like she may be craving some attention. Don't give it to her! It's going to be hard for awhile, try and keep yourself busy/active. you need to eat and sleep before you confront your girl for your own sake and sanity. you won't be able to think straight without a healthy body and mind. tell her that you'd like to talk to her about what's on your mind and ask her to go out on a walk. emphasize how important it is for the two of you to be able to have an open, sincere conversation without any negativity. have a clear, open mind expecting nothing, good or bad. don't be too light or too heavy, like in the bud light commercials. in other words, be neutral.

if it's not meant to be, just let the relationship go. you're still young and there are plenty of other women out in this world. don't dwell on the fact that you invested 3.5 years of your life on a relationship that didn't work. i'm sure you've learned a lot and have gained experience every step of the way.

Well when me and her split, she left me for some tool (whom I wanna kill to this day) I went to the gym every single day for 3 months. Lost 25lbs dropped down to 225 at 6'8" I was lookin pretty decent. Played basket ball daily for like 3-4 hrs. I was doing great. Seeing that you are 21 and assuming she is around the same age, I think that's when people mature the most and personalities change. I started dating the love of my life at about 18 and we dated for about 3-4 years. She pretty much told me that we were growing apart and have changed a lot. But definately didn't believe her....I know she was shopping around for other guys. I still loved her to death but I think that was because she was amazing in bed (hispanic girl). But anyways, it takes a while to get over but you start to realize that it may be for the best.

To this day we are still really good friends if not best friends and still talk quite a bit. No chance of me getting back with her again though. She is popping a baby out any second now and only dating the babies daddy.

I think as I get older and look back to how devistated I was about splitting up with ex's I figured out that at the time I didn't feel like I loved that person or anything, I felt like I lost a battle. You fight and fight and fight but in the end you lose. Plus, that's why people should wait until they're mentally developed to have sex because there's a bond when you sex someone and when you're younger you confuse that bond with love. When people get older it turns into a fuck bitches, get money type of thing but it's confusing when you're younger. It gets even worst when you're young and you get with someone and stay in a committed relationship for a really long time with someone because there will come a point when you realize that you're just togethr for the sake of being together and that you're really not compatible.
