i was wondering these coilovers are pretty comfortable as is is there any other way make them any more comfortable? like get lower spring rates? or is it the best as is from the stance factory already?

i have the fronts at 0 out of 15 and rears at 2 out of 15

car does feel a little bouncy at times but my back doesnt hurt anymore like my previous coilovers which were to stiff. just wondering if it can be more comfortable that's all.

was wondering also, would there be any benefit in going from stance springs to swift springs?

i just like it low and comfortable.

and another thing are s14 the rear passenger side MORE LOWER than the other side? because i have my coilovers set at the same ride height on both sides but the REAR passenger side seems more low then the Rear drives side... wondering if anyone ran into this or is it just my car.

thanks

Mess around with the damping adjustment. Sometimes turning it up doesn't necessarily decrease ride quality. It's all about how you like it to feel.

Swift springs aren't really going to increase comfort.

dude they already come with a 7/5 rate, thats pretty low.

As for your height problem you gotta play with it. Uneven sides are normal.

You probably have a stupid preload set up.

You need to make sure the springs aren't compressed all tight.

as previously stated, fuck around with preload and dampening.

also the general rule of thumb is that you can go +/-2kg/mm with spring rates without fucking up the valving.

Few things I would do:
Correct the roll center of the car with tie rod ends, uprights, control arms or specialized balljoints
and
have the car corner balanced by a quality suspension shop
