while watching autoweek on speed vision here in new jersey i was surprised to see that the first half of the show was dedicated to the rs r drift event and the art of drifting. well at the end of the segment they were showing two of the cars amatuer difters generally use one was a hachi from club 4ag and the other was our very own dousan36 congrads man youve finally made it!!

you know the ironic thing? this morning when i got in my car to go to work, MY STARTER WENT OUT!!!! i think i jinxed myself. DOH!!! but i got my sis at kragen to get me a new one on order. should be in by tomarrow. so for now... *puuuuuusssshhhh push push push POP vrrrrooooom!* haha
i was getting my uniform all dirty trying to swap out the battery from my ae86... good thing i start that baby every few days! but it didnt matter. same result. turn the key and nothing just *CLICK* i hear the plunger popping inside the solenoid, but nothing happens after that. ohwell.

yeah adey see you at DD8 i guess. i know how it feels being out of the country during drift days... thats why DD4 was my first!! stupid bin ladden...

I recorded the whole drifting segment, but at the end credits they also showed a few seconds of drfting with the credits rolling and dousans car gettin sideways(didn't record that part)! But it will be on again/rerun on 6/1. Check Speed TV.com for exact schedule.

Those pair of Japanese pro drifters could drift ANYTHING they got into, including the mascot car and the amateur drifters' cars. At the end of the day, the RS*R 350Z and Supra were sitting there...with the keys in...and doors unlocked...
