View Full Version : hydroplaning on the highway/how to remove/replace locks.
friday i was driving in the rain on the highway changing lanes when i hit a puddle and my car spun around and i hit an SUV(who continued drivng and never stopped). It messed up my door and the unibody where it meets the door. I know i can replace the door but does anyone know how to change the locks out so i don't have to have 2 keys?

A good lock smith can do it. I don't know how much it would cost though.

that super blows dude.... for real though we need to find you a new door and get ur stuff fixed.
btw.. about the whole "Lock" thing... do what i did. buy an alarm with keyless entry that way you dont need to use ur keys. and if it messes up and u cant get in.. u still have ur key and get in the passenger side.
