WTB: Front Tein Flex for S13, FRONTS ONLY

so i was told the front dampeners are beyond repair and a new dampener (1) is 680 plus, 120$ for springs and $220 for upper mounts.

hey i have a used set, front they are in good shape, came with my car but for some reason old owner painted them black i started to take the paint off just some acetone since he used spray paint i can do 250 shipped

who told you those prices? that seems ridiculously high.

i sent them straight to tein's overhaul dept.... quoted from sergio at tein usa

Unfortunately due to the damage the dampers and parts received, the Service Dept. cannot repair the dampers. The integrity of the damper has more then likely been altered by the heat weakening the shell casing and internal parts. If the dampers were repaired the damper could fail during normal operation. The Service Dept. can only recommend the purchase of two new Single Damper Assemblies, a new set of Pillowball Uppermounts, and a new set of Standard Springs if needed. Pricing for replacement parts listed below.

Single Damper Assembly: MSRP $680 each

Pillowball Uppermount Set: MSRP $220 a pair (only sold in pairs)

Standard Spring Set: MSRP $120 a pair (only sold in pairs)
