Cant get straight answer for torque specs for s14 flywheel

I cnt find the right answer for the torque specs for the flywheel on s14 sr20det. 1 person says the FSM says 94-101ft lbs.another says all the way to 115 ft lbs,1 guy says 85 ft lbs,that cant be right. Anyone know the correct answer? If u dnt have the answer dnt bother with a smartass response,i dnt hav time to mess around.
Ps I have the fsm but my computer doesnt like when I open the file and I tried finding it in ther but coudnt deal with my POS computer.

Screw it, I made em 98 ft lbs, and did the pressure plate 30 ft lbs.

Really? crapola lol im gonna redo it right now, happen to know the torque on the pressure plate and the tranny? Ive found nothing consistent as far as these specs and I only have 4 days left to get it runnin and outta my pops garage lol
