New sections idea!

I think that it might be good if zilvia had Regional sections so that people of the same region can chat and post relevant topics pertaining to their locality. As you can see if you go to the Events and Meet up forum, the "VA,MD,NC call to arms" thread is going strong. People like to converse with other local 240 enthusiast. I post on Nasioc.com(I-Club) Mid-Atlantic regional forum still, even though i dont have my rs anymore. It works well for them and i think it would work for zilvia as well. ;) http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/

Ive actually always wanted something like this, but dont want our index page to be 10 pages long. I think there is a script that will split up the forums so they wont be per line, but that dosent matter. I will add this to my to do list :)
