RE HC 15" subwoofer and RE HC motor

I have for sale 2 items, one being a complete subwoofer already assembeled the other is just the subwoofer motor. The subwoofers pictured below are RE HC's that I purchased a while back. I had one custom built by the guy who made these to handle 2000 watts and I had the intentions of having the motor custom built as well, however I purchased a 240 sx. Plans have changed to go fast as opposed to go LOUD. My lost is your gain all pics, prices and further information below!

100 shipped plus pp fees and does not include 15" basket, if you want basket price will be augmented by 15$ plus the shipping difference as the basket weighs a nice little bit.

Thanks, just to add more information, this subwoofer is no longer made by RE Audio. This is a complete, functioning and working Custom D2 subwoofer. Will get loud and drop low! I have metered in the mid 140's with a single 15 on music on the termlab. Great subwoofer for daily or comp.
